How to use TulumPay in 3 easy steps:
- Select the pesos amount or concierge service you need from the homepage.
- A message will be sent via WhatsApp to a TulumPay team member that will process your payment and connect you to a driver.
- Your driver will be sent to your location with the delivery requested.
We ask that you please keep your phone connected to the internet and be aware of the time your driver will be arriving. Please go near the front entrance a couple of minutes before the driver arrives so he does not have to wait or look for you. If the driver is unable to locate you he will leave and you need to reschedule your delivery.
